According to this, http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/02...ne_non_update/, it's only been deployed on a single data center so far. I don't see much difference in Google results lately, other than the realtime streaming stuff from Twitter, which is just more annoying than anything else.

I don't know if its my efforts or that google is getting smarter or a little of both but my traffic has edged up slightly all year so if that's the caffeine then put on another cup of joe.
