Thanks for the insight guys and gals!

I have another question. If my site is casino oriented with most of my visitors liking the "slots" the most, would it be wise for me to have a "slots" landing page at the casino i am advertising through my links, instead of a general casino landing page, or does it make any difference?

It absolutely does make a difference... Even the word "slots" or "play slots at Blah Casino" make a difference... you should definitely try it

Renee, we really need to chat sometime soon, i have been promoting your brands for a long time and have NEVER had a depositor yet....Recently in the past 5 months i even built your own room on my site and listed your programs as the best casinos for International and existing usa...and still nothing????

WHat the hell am i doing wrong?

No offence to Renee, but if you don't already have a base of depositors at Casino Rewards programs, then you're not doing yourself any favors by telling people they're a great place for existing USA players to play. It doesn't make you any money. So there's no point in pushing them to those properties.

Secondarily, are Casino Rewards properties really the best option for your international traffic? They might be - there's no doubt they have a good set of casinos, but you might be wise to look at the gambling providers that each local market is most familiar with as another option.

Thirdly : I think I'm going to hate myself for saying this, but here goes.

To convert casino traffic, you need to be able to do one of three things:

1) Bring in people completely new to gambling, explain what's what and direct them to reputable places they can play.

2) Get traffic from people who are looking to gamble for real money online and tell them why the sites you recommend are best. The trick here is to target gamblers who want to spend money.

3) Get traffic from people who already gamble online but who are at the end of a buying cycle. These people are looking for things like: reviews of particular slot machines, better bonuses at well known casinos, reviews of casinos they are aware of but haven't yet tried.

To my mind, the best type of traffic you can convert is the 3rd option. If you are getting traffic from people looking for reviews of specific online slots - you can be sure of two things :

1) That person is aware of that machine and is already an online gambler
2) They want to know about that particular game and want advice/reviews on whether they should play that machine.

Then you can direct this type of gambler to good casinos that will convert this traffic. You will need to give that type of visitor a few options in case they already play that game somewhere else and are looking for new places to play.

I guess what I'm saying here is that: if you're looking to convert your casino traffic and you know your audience is slots based, then you need to give them the right content to bring in the players.

I feel like I'm giving away the farm here, but I truly hope this helps.

I will say this: We do not accept NEW US players...

Sometimes sentences are structured in a certain way to get a different message across that cannot be written so obviously.

And as a side note, players are tagged to the last affiliate who referred them to that casino...

So if a player has an existing account at Golden Tiger which they were referred to by another affiliate, then you refer them to Blackjack Ballroom, you will make the commission from the play at BJB...

You're right though, maybe our brands aren't right for yours or Pat's traffic... not everything works the same for everyone...

Pat the only thing I can say is that you should always be testing... we have 19 brands, so test a couple out in the first month or two and if they dont work, switch them to something else. You will eventually find some that work for you, and if they so happen to be within another group, I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

One thing I can help you with is targeted creatives and give you tips on how to change things etc..

Send me an email with the link to the pages where you are pushing our brands in particular and I will send you over whatever I can to help.

Renee, thank you for going out of your way to check out my site and your room, let me tidy it up a little and then i will send you the link and you can advice on which programs i should try first..

Mark, one more thing... I have two other rooms dedicated to just International players....Bet365 and Ladbrokes....in your opinion should i stick with them or switch to some other programs...you can pm your answer if you wish..
