Yes, while CR was never one of my top partners, I did have a decent run for a few years - then all of a sudden everything came to a screaching halt and all the players vanished.

It was one of those things that made me go hmmmmmmmm - smells like a duck walks like a duck - it must be a duck. I can fill you in on what happened if you would like ...

If you could some how restore some of those accounts and get me back on track I could/would start to increase exposure again.

I think it would be great if you could tell me what happened... I'm guessing it had something to do with when we took over the cooks brands.. that seems to be when most people got angry at us for one reason or another...

Feel free to PM or email me the details

Hey mate

Just wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten about you..

Ive gotten through about half of your list of players (before being given something to work on urgently - stay tuned for that btw) and I can see that about 60% of them are closed due to being in a banned region in the US.

Ill try to get through the rest of them by early next week at the latest, and any accounts that I am able to send over to the retention team to do something extra with, I will.

Cheers

Back in 2006 I was doing some independent testing – I had hired/contracted half a dozen or so fellow affiliates to click my links at various programs to test tracking etc.

Well one of those who was working for me decided to open their LARGE bunghole; errrr mouth and inform CR that I was testing their program and that very month my decent monthly stats dropped to zero and for the most part have been there ever since.

Thus far, none of those players have found their way back to Rewards - least they haven't found their way back onto my stats page.

I would guess now that US is a banned region will likely prevent some of those being reinvited - course back when they all mysteriously vanished everything was still cozy - I just got the shaft!

You can not lose your earnings after testing...........

Not doing much with Rewards these days (a few bucks a day) I hope things will turnaround soon and those eleven thousand players start playing again.

Do you remember who they told about the testing?
The only reason I can see that the commission would have been removed from the testing is because it would have been seen as "playing under your own account" which we do allow for testing purposes up to a certain amount, but then it gets cut off.. So after $XXXX was spent, the testers would be cut out. There is no other reason that I can think of that this would happen. It shouldn't have happened to all players though..

Probably a stupid thing to ask, but I don't suppose you can give me some more details? Maybe player names or account numbers? I would be more than happy to look into it to see if and why those people were removed from your account.

On the other hand, US players that had an account before MGS stopped accepting US players can still play, except for those who were in one of the 12 banned states, which after looking at your players it looks as though over half of them are in one of those states..

A lot of the ones who are able to play don't have a valid payment method selected in their account, however they have all been sent details to create a Quicktender account (for those in the US)..

No you don't need to change anything.

All of those links that you have are being redirected.

If you change your links to the rewards click track ones though, you will never have to change them again.. that redirects to the casino URL specified. So if we change the casino domain, we change it on our end and yours will automatically go to the new domain.

I'm going to be implimenting this option in the aff site soonish.. That way if the links have to be suddenly changed, you guys wont need to change anything.

Just an example of the link referred to if some people havent seen it:

For Casino Action

http://www.rewardsafftrack.eu/affili...ff_id=affXXXXX

If there are any questions let me know.

Also, I noticed the bjbcasino link awhile ago.
Kinda funny if you think about it. I don't get it though. Why would you have a disney site at that domain.
Some people are funny
