Default A Couple Of Points

I'm thinking of adding LuckyLiveCasino to one of my new sites, but there's a couple of things that make me thing you're not quite ready for prime time.

Firstly, on the homepage, 'installation' has been mis-spelled 'installaion'.

A minor point, to be fair.

Less minor is that when I click 'preview games' (using Firefox) it tries to download something called 'casino_game.jlnp' rather than taking me to a previe page. That puts me off and I'm sure it would put off my players too.

Good points. Especially the auto download.

Though I'm 100% certain you're safe with WagerX, I remember the last time I gave somebody my opinion ... to a guy in Russia I believe it was ... and I told him that the auto download was a bad idea ... the next day I started getting a ton of spam from Russia and China.

I strongly suspect that was my payment for taking time to look at this guy's site.

...sigh.

I'm betting this wasn't something that was planned as it doesn't make much sense. If you're going to download something I would think they'd choose to download the casino over anything else (I mean with an auto download)

Thank you tryme1 for bringing that to my attention. It's glaringly obvious now. Working on it now.

We offer a free preview of the games using the same Javascript program. Your right though, because it's not a "preview page", but a preview game scenario where you can play the live games for free. Even though you do not have to install it (Java), you do have to download the javascript. So far, our software patform is the only one to allow to play the live games for free. At the moment Playtech requires "for money" only on the live games.

I'll see what I can do about clarifying it, and making it more transparent. I invite any suggestions.

Thanks for the input..

I certainly understand where you are coming from, but I would like to point out that Vuetec LTD is the operator for LuckyLiveCasino, and has been running live casinos such as Dublinbet for more than 7 years. They have developed a sterling reputation with both players and affiliates.

You can be sure that I take your recommendations to heart. Also, my main goal is to help fellow affiliates regardless of whether I am "receiving" something on the back end. lol..

PM me or post if there is anything else you need.

Cheers!

Yeah, I'm aware of VueTec - it was more the website than the operator that I was talking about about.

Regarding the preview page thing : why not take visitors to a preview page with screenshots and then explain they can play live games for free but must download that bit of script. Talk them through the process and they'll trust you.
