This cookie regulation is really scary, scary stuff. If implemented, this could be catastrophic for the entire affiliate marketing industry (not just gambling). Not to say that the US will follow suit here, but with privacy issues becoming more paramount in all types of discussions these days, they could easily take the lead from the UK here. Nothing lasts forever, and it's really time to start thinking about other businesses.....

In regard to the FTC blogging regulation, doesn't our government have better things to do with our money ??? Big brother is watching. What about TV commercials, that claim that we are the "best" at whatever they do. Are they subject to the same law ? I doubt it. Pure, unadulterated bullshit, if you ask me.

If you saw the video then you saw about the aff who had their accounts threatened if they didn't shut up about VA ...

this will be an obvious matter of taking it to the next level when VA sees the video.

I hope the aff was prepared for their account going to shit because if there is any truth to the threat then it is a safe bet that the aff who was told to shut up ... will be seeing a great decline of their VA income.

Personal note: VA still makes me a little money every month. Losing the aff account would be money that adds up because of all VA's faults ... retainment was not one of them.

I've heard more than one seasoned aff state they thought that VA had the best retention of all the MGS .. I cannot argue they do have good retention.

Kudos to the aff who came forward and was willing to risk losing their account to stop blackmail tactics, whoever that person may be. (I am pretty sure I know but choose to leave it at unknown for now in hopes their account stays in tact).
